SHARE PROJECT

The project concerns the completion of an apartment with a surface area of 108,73 m2 on the first floor of a three-storey building in the area of Thomaidi in Farsala.
The main space of the apartment, comprising the living room, kitchen and dining room, was designed based on a palette of earthy colours. The same earthy character is quite evident in all the other spaces of the apartment, the bedrooms and the bathroom, for example, where different shades of gray play the predominant role.
Our plan was to apply a variety of materials and geometric designs both in the fixed and moving parts found in the apartment.
In the kitchen area, where natural wood texture that is the predominant element, there was an evident need to give a lighter and a more contemporary tone to the space through the combination of gloss white surfaces. Lights of geometric shapes were chosen, featuring dark metal as the predominant material to add a tone of contrast to the composition.

The design’s primary objective was to create a functional space with minimalism and a playful character, relieving the tension of everyday living.
