Loft House | Farsala 2017
The alteration of colors and materials shape the identity of the spaces by combining the light with the dark and the warm with the cold, giving at the same time a modern and classic style.
The west-east apartment orientation makes the apartment bright while the large openings and balconies permit adequate lighting and ventilation throughout the day.
The loft is situated on the first floor of a three-storey apartment block in Farsala town and its 86m² were designed to fulfill the needs for a family of four.
The functional units are organized into two spaces: the first one being a unified kitchen-dining-living area with a storage space and a w.c., and the second consisting of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
The privacy of the two spaces is achieved by a corridor, which at the same time unifies and separates the two apartment units.
