This residence has a surface area of 38.05 m2 extending on each floor of the northern part of THETIS
building block and has been designed to meet the needs of a couple.
The residence comprises a single area accommodating a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. Privacy of the various areas is achieved by a corridor separating the bedroom and the living room, where there is a cupboard serving as a storage room for the residence.
The frontage of the apartment faces north, where there is a veranda, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.
The residence has been provided with a covered parking space in the open area of the plot and a storage room situated in the building’s pilotis area.
