Terraced house in Larissa

SHARE PROJECT

The project focuses on all interior spaces of a terraced house with a surface area of 143.43 m2 in the city of Larissa.
The functions of this residence are developed into two units. The ground floor of the residence accommodates the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, two children’s bedrooms and the master bathroom. Access to the first floor from ground level is made via an interior staircase decorated with wood paneling, leading up to the first floor’s open area and a corridor leading onto a spacious terrace. This floor accommodates the master bedroom along with the cloakroom and the WC.

The design’s primary objective was to create a cosy, however luxurious, atmosphere for the relaxation and comfort of the owners and their guests during the day. To this end, the earthy colours of plastering mortars and tiles were combined with the warm hues of wood. The golden details along with the mottled lustrous marbleized textures add an essential elegance to the setup. The high ceiling of the living room and the dining area was adorned with circular pendant lights and the arrangement of the large imposing tile on one side of the fireplace combined with illuminated wood elements.

This combination of classical yet modern style found in every space of the terraced house contributes
to the creation of a timeless space where its owners move around enjoying all the comforts it has to offer.
